Check in time 14:00 and check out no later than 12:00 pm. Late check-out will be charged as follows :

a) 13:00 IDR 100k b) 14:00 IDR 200K c) 15:00 Charged extra day 1.750k



Maximum capacity is 10 Peoples (Include kids and toddlers). We have the right to refuse the rental when exceed maximum capacity and payment is non-refundable as this information has been notified prior booking.



Our property located in a private and quite neighbourhood, please respect the neighbours by conversation with inside voice and not playing loud music all the times. Quite hours applied 22:00 – 08:00.



NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOUSE! – IDR 1.000k cleaning fee will be applied if smoking inside the house.



Parking capacity of 3 cars + 2 motorbikes. Please only park at the designated area. DO NOT PARK ON THE GRASS / GARDEN!



NO PARTY ALLOWED! Prohibited to host any kind of events, parties or BBQ or accepting non-staying visitor other than registered guest.



NO ALCOHOL, ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES AND GAMBLING!



Guest are fully responsible for cleanliness of the property and taking care of items inside the house. Guest who fail to take care of the property and comply with hour rules will incur fine (repaint/replacement/repair) fee.
